Tony is an entrepreneur. He has obviously seen an opportunity and is having a crack. No matter how slim his chances are.
Normally, this is the sort of thing he would do with CLE but obviously he thinks his chances are better via EUR.
He has already stated that there might not be enough time to get a real offer together.
I wouldn't be concerned about it at all.
