Yes, it is true that Europe must look to stand on its own two feet as much as possible.
With the Ukraine it is terrible and who knows how long it will last.
But keep in mind that EL doesn't even have the licences of the two areas in question in Ukraine yet.....read about it in the announcement at the time.....and the agreement only runs for one year.
The big question is also why Traxis did not make use of the right of first refusal with EL, or support EL financially, if everything in Austria was as good as TS announced to the shareholders.
