it was the announcements that never materialised.

- Like breaking away from the Australian mother

-no problems with landowner ( see condemnation by Austrian stock exchange regulator FMA of €160,000 in 2021 and relocation of mine entrance)

- DFS should be ready in 2019

-Start of production 2022-30.12.2019 Good 5 per cent loan with Helvetican ( was not signed because collateral was still missing and did not exist.....therefore condemnation from FMA on 10.05.2022)

So as you can see, the shareholders have always believed in the project, but were deceived by the management with promises that did not materialise.

Just like now.
Tony Sage said DFS is coming at the end of March, shareholders are participating in the capital increase in the hope......and oh oh miracle, no sooner does TS have the shareholders' money than an announcement comes, oh the DFS is being postponed by 6 months.....a joke.

I suspect that by then the issue of the mine entrance will not have been resolved and there will be no DFS, because an important part of production is missing.... the mine entrance....

Now, of course, EL/ TS can blame everything again on Ukraine/economic situation and, from autumn, on Corona.

Look at the other explorers by Tony Sage
CUFE Limited and Cylone Metals, then you will see the successes and how the shareholders are bleeding.

You have misunderstood my question . I was asking Michelred if what he/she is true what's the motivation of those that participated in the cap raise . Surely they have a darn sight more info than we have .
