As I see it, BMW stays out of it and does not conclude any direct contracts with a lithium explorer like EL, but, as you can see, buys directly from the big suppliers, hence BMW's statement:

The Korean company EcoPro is building a plant for cathode materials in Debrecen. The lithium hydroxide required for this comes from AMG, specifically from its converter in Bitterfeld.

So it stands to reason that EcoPro will in turn supply EVE. AMG does not need spodumene concentrate from European Lithium for its lithium hydroxide, they have their own mine in Brazil.
It is already in operation.
For European Lithium it will probably take at least another 3 to 4 years.
Didn't CEO Wanke recently mention the year 2026?
And when lithium explorers make statements that reach so far into the future, you should add at least 1 year to be on the safe side.
PS: And then there is still the unsolved problem with the main mine entrance.
