We have been told that this has been resolved and the resolution would be listed in the DFS. This came out from the Q&A back in August, Adren asked the question, see link to original post.
Question
Has there been a second mine entrance located and agreed upon yet? ( after emailing the company they said the first entrance will remain in use and the Glock land owners have still agreed to this but by law they must have a second entrance for emergencies. They are yet to decide which they will use as the main entrance and will be deciding on this as part of the DFS)

Yes, lawsuit with Glock has been successfully solved a long time ago. But it doesnt have to be announced. The Glock Foundation wants to be low profile on this case. Mr Glock prefers anonimity.. The second mine entrace had been found and should be stated in the DFS not earlier
