The $250M MC may not happen on time, perhaps, if the BOD combined the BB money and maybe personal funds (BOD should be in the 'lockout period' due to the incoming news...so might not be possible) they could spike it to $250M for a day or two. All they need to do is wipe 17 lines ~25M shares to get to the .175 line, with a bit of hype from the market participants and day traders/algos can be done.
BOD will gain well more than their outlay and the SP benefits with a 70% rise, everyone's a winner.
