Very telling also that the same forkwits that have been absent from these threads for 2 months now whilst all the good news was flowing along with the buyback, suddenly crawled out from their rock this morning the very second the buyback was completed to resume trash talking everything about this company that they do not hold or want to hold.
Honestly surprised the mountainbiker wasn't back too, but presumably that cease and desist had some teeth to it.
This isn't the first time I've seen an ASX listed small cap with a glorious future fly well under the radar and be totally overlooked. And I'm very comfortable with the risk here. I'm seeing this one through and for me it will be a binary outcome as I'm purely holding A & B options. So either Tony is getting things done and this merger goes ahead and BMW, OIG and now GEM aren't just signing binding terms for a laugh, or I'm losing 100% of every cent I've put on the line with this.
And I'm completely at peace with the bad outcome if that occurs.
However the logical outcome is this existing underground spodumene mine, in the middle of Europe, with a proven process to produce battery grade hydroxide, with a existing mining license in place, with an offtake for 100% of production with a tier 1 German auto marque, with a binding 50/50 fully financed JV in place with a Saudi investment group, with a pending US listing on the Nasdaq via a SPAC merger, with an additional US$125m of finding secured via a share subscription agreement with a European investment group, with additional assets including a potentially large high grade spodumene deposit in the Ukraine, and addirional fertile tenements in Austria, Australia, as well as rare earths in Greenland.... might just possibly grow some legs and walk?
And why wouldn't it? This is not some pie in the sky new technology. Its a hard rock lithium mine and hydroxide refinery, with a guaranteed customer. It makes far more sense for it to succeed than not.
All that stands in the way now is an approval for the Nasdaq listing, the remaining 40% funding, and mountainbike's oh so precious mining permit.
The ASX share price can get sold down to 1c now for all I care, it has absolutely no bearing on the outcome of this anymore.
