It's no doubt, that buy buck was in wrong time. It looks like the management expected earlier completion of NASDAQ deal. But without buy back EUR share price would be around 6c now. The most pessimistic investors exited during BB and now the pressure of sellers is much less that it could be. Before BB in April EUR share price was 7.5c, now 7c.
Just for conparison, Sayona Mining lost ~40% of MCap since spring, Core Lithium - ~60% of its MCap.
