If you have been following the US markets, most speculative stocks have been slaughtered over the past 12 months. CRML dropping to $1 or $2 after listing is quite likely. This is not a sustainable way to add value to shareholders. What would have been sustainable is to have built up the resource big enough that investors and banks simply cannot ignore.

Tony moved to NASDAQ as he couldn't find funding here on the ASX only to realize it isn't too different there either. Until I see institutions taking up CRML shares for $8 to $10 before listing, I refuse to believe that the listing will add value.

You are some what correct with NASDAQ, I doubt it will end up what everyone is expecting.

Another Nasdaq listed lithium stock, much the same stage of development, in Canada. Has a resource of 11million tonnes, NPV of US 1.2 billion.

MC US $35 million.

Majority owned by ASX listed Nova
