I knew the risk I was taking.. but that doesn’t mean the management is above all criticism. They’ve got to take responsibility and start doing something about it.

Not just fly around the world in business class on shareholder money without accomplishing much. We are still waiting for the listing and associated big money PIPE investors that Tony promised when deciding to list on NASDAQ.

If he hasn’t been able to find any big investors, then was he completely misled by those facilitating (consulting?!) this listing? That is more concerning that the management just blindly followed someone’s advice without actually validating any such interest from US or EU investors before committing massive resources into this.

You do understand that there are variables / cycles at work that could effect the prospect of project financing (PIPE) and therefore Nasdaq listing? Things like interest rates and Lithium Hydroxide market prices? The lithium is still sitting there and the Europeans are still desperate for a local supply.
