On the other hand I don't think that this has a major impact to the Lithium licences.
The last thing Russia wants to do to damage the Ukrainian economy beyond the damage that is done due to war.
As bad as it would be the Lithium projects are not in the firing line. The Russians are probably only interested to go into Kiev and install a Russia friendly government.
Hopefully it does not come to this.
