First i find it highly dubious that a family that has made their fortune in handguns would suddenly be bothered by green issues, leopards don't change their spots. Secondly , you're comment about if it was owned by an Austrian company is a total contradiction of the first point about conservation!! Doesn't matter who owns the mine as it will be in Austria under that governments rules and regulations. I believe its all to do with money and maybe trying to get control of the mine themselves. Any way you look at it, green issues, conservation etc is totally redundant as getting lithium from anywhere other than Europe would leave a huge carbon footprint .
