I don't think that it would be in Ukraine's interest to give the Lithium mines to Chinese interests.
Ukrainians only have to ask Africans who gave mining licences to the Chinese. They left a trail of destruction and pollution.
Their mines used Chinese workers. Not sure if the Ukrainians want to have a similar outcome in their country.
Interesting to see what happens.
