Pure speculation here…
…if the acquisition does refer buying one of the Ukraine projects - which appear to have a substantial amount of exploration done on them already - then the ASX may have their hands full reviewing all of the associated data to support any mineral claims made in the announcements.
As we know, the ASX are very picky about their listing rules when it comes to reporting on mineral projects.
Hopefully not too long to wait.
