Our first F-4 filing was on the 23rd of December 2022. That's approx. 8 months or 244 days to today. While it's still in the expected duration/timeline for effectiveness, you can imagine that everyone's patience is being tested here. I hate being on the edge of my seat, I just want certainty that this is or is not happening with amendment no.4. Whatever happens, I'm holding all the way up to and through the NASDAQ listing. And yes, there is definitely a lot of coin riding on this, especially for those who have multiple bricks of options.
