7. What is the anticipated timing to go public?
a. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023.
So the transaction is now way beyond what was expected.
I guess it's due to the recalcitrant SEC, who so far have asked for four amendments, one at a time and with weeks of decision making between each request for an amendment.
The worst case would be if SEC don't finally approve of the proposal by Critical Metals to list on Nasdaq.
