Discussions are “on going” could mean nothing more than more than a couple of meaningless phone calls or it could mean a few meaningful phone calls!

On going discussions are not the results of the testing!
Maybe it could be they are haggling over the results of testing?
If the results were promising they would be crowing about it in today’s Company presentation.

What about the results of the testing????
No mention of delays in getting results from Shandong.

Why no mention in today’s ann? [That I could see] Rhetorical question.
