There are some steps left. There is a good description here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grant_procedure_before_the_European_Patent_Office.
In summary, Archer have up to 4 months to translate the document and pay fees.
Read the "After Grant" section too - there is another round of official language translations to European countries and a 9 month opposition period.
