When the European Patent Office (EPO) intends to grant a European patent, the applicant is informed of text proposed for grant - the Druckexemplar – with the communication pursuant to Rule 71(3) EPC - the “Notice of Intention to Grant” or the “Notice of Allowance”. The applicant is required to file a response to place the application in order for allowance, The response includes approval of the text proposed for grant, translations of the claims, and payment of the grant fee. The applicant also has the option to disapprove the text proposed for grant and to file a request for amendment. A simple amendment (typo) won't slow the process as Archer can waive their right to further issuance.

Background above, although can the latest event be read as the option for disapproval has been deleted? Meaning the communication is approved? Patent Offices seem to speak in riddles.
