It says published on 23 Feb 22... patent offices usually say when they intend to publish the patent, after that it can be officially announced. Australian patent due for publication on the 3rd Feb. Hopefully the technological breakthrough and simultaneous issuance of EU and Aus patents puts another rocket under the SP. Well it sure had the opposite effect when the AFR published their hack job article last August, claiming that the Aus patent had been "knocked back" instead of a routine request for more information... now this situation has been resolved favourably representing a significant de-risk to the company and the removal of a hurdle to commercialisation.
