ADO is soooo close which is why it's valuation has cycled lately in the 100-200m area.
PYC (IMHO) has much greater potential but risk of failure is much higher at this stage (could change at any moment with Genentech) but the valuation difference (96m v 17m) makes PYC a better play. It is pretty marginal now with ADO so low - it was more compelling when it was 180m v 15m but the same principles apply. If things go right for both I can see ADO valued at 300m or 3x and PYC at 100m or 6x
