    Seems from recent ASX announcements that AEZ management is more confident that they are on a road to recovery; and from Orbis we have seen countercycle buying, claiming that in a few months all this negativity will go, as investors flock back into property.

    From the article link above showing European property -Outlet/Shopping Centres doing well, I'm inclined to agree.
