I almost agree.
USA is declining........China is the Next Big Thing.
But Europe??.....no way. Only if they stop their internal squabbling ; particularly "Old" Europe (100-1 odds).
As for the "New" Europe....now that has far more potential, as France & Germany know full well (which partly explains why they are posturing about the Iraq problem).
France, Germany & UK are also in decline.......no great loss to the world, that's for sure.
