I used to believe that everything would go the standard, defined track, plodding pace of governmental action. However, pain at the pump is tightening screws on these politicians. Sweden is in the unique position of being able to radically increase the supply of economical, environmentally conscious and secure graphite to the EV market.

I would not be surprised in the least if in the next year, sweden's social democrat party significantly rewrote the rules for mining for critical minerals. The EU and sweden would then ensure funding for the projects.

Mark Thompson has planned and executed these last 10 years. 2/3rds of the way there in a worst case scenario. He has to be so excited.
