yes melua, I must say I was concerned when I read all of that. It takes several reads of it to try and understand and I am not sure I do understand it fully yet.
The big question for me is who is in charge of Babcock & Brown European Infrastructure Fund and are they friends or now foe as far as BBI are concerned.
I do suspect they may end up giving up some equity in this asset to resolve the problem, like they were forced to do for the sale of Powerco.
