Euroports stays quiet
April 11 - Euroports, one of the largest port operators in continental Europe, is remaining tight-lipped on reports in the Italian trade media that suggest it is trying to acquire a multi service terminal in Porto Marghera, Italy.
Euroports' already operates a bulk terminal at the port, through Terminal Rinfuse Italia (TRI) which it controls via a 80 percent stake, as well as in several other Italian ports.
However, in response to requests for confirmation that it is undertaking due diligence on the multi service terminal, the company declined to comment.
