    proposal by mbl & consortium blocked by minority debtholders led by Deutsche Bank.

    Eurotunnel is seeking 'chapter 12' protection in court -decision in 2 week's time.

    Looks like this restructure is doomed. Another failure for MBL - all this work for no reward.
