Corporate fraud is what seems to have occurred here!

What the hell did they tell the "sophisticated" investors to get them to part with a lazy $50 million?? They must be spewing at the tragic turn of events, or they know something that the rest of us can't see!

I just got the September Euroz Research from Euroz, issued prior to the modest but not unexpected reserves upgrade. Not sure if all RFE holders received it, but I'm not a Euroz subscriber so I guess they looked at the share register and did a bulk mail out.

Not sure if they are desperate or not but the covering letter says that would like "share holders to be informed ....... so as to bolster share holder support and raise public awareness of the company." Right now their predictions re share price and valuation are looking totally f*****! I don't really think my or your support is going to do much to bolster shareholder support when some phallus is dumping an unrelenting pile of shares into the market!

RFE management either by accident or design look like they are setting the company up for a takeover. They are obviously not interested in quick shareholder return by getting wells online but seem more interested in establishing supporting infrastructure. The acreage is unquestioningly good - there are enough RFE and other wells around to indicate that, so I can only think that they are looking at someone like Devon to buy them out. Someone with the necessary smarts and drilling expertise and capability to exploit the resource before we all get old and die!

At the very least management owe their shareholders a CLEAR explanation of their strategy and a REALISTIC timeline. If they continue to f*** around as they have some opportunistic buyer will get it for a song.

Reckon Euroz know this too and are keen to get the sp moving so they don't look like complete and utter incompetent rod wallopers.
