Newmont have put in a bid for Newcrest so while gold has got hammered over the last few days the sector is defying the fall. EMR is now over a 5 bagger for me. Market Cap is nearing $1 Billion, 2yrs ago we were the 23rd largest gold company by market cap on the ASX and now we are upto number 12! EMR is on the tear at the moment and is getting a lot of traction which in my opinion is long overdue! it wouldn't at all surprise me if larger companies were now looking at us...
