Unfortunately the furthest announcement you can see is over the past 2 years, but as an ex-shareholder in 2017, there have been a history of numerous past announcements that never got mentioned and conveniently dropped from their 4C updates. And when GSW got into trouble with their Amazon Master Agreement announcement , YOJ suddenly stopped announcing deals for awhile and the sp gradually declined.
What I am cautioning you is this: this company has had a history and track record of announcing immaterial deals and collaborations that never got off the ground.
It is my contention that ASX should impose a ban on companies making such announcement unless it is expected to make a material contribution to the company either immediately or in the future. And if it cannot yet determine so, then it should only announce when it has become material in nature. This is the failure of ASX, allowing such companies to continue to "mislead" unsuspecting shareholders buying into a promising story.
But what market participants seem to overlook is this - this company is pre-dominantly focussed in SEA , if it has such considerable potential why not look at US, Europe? Every dollar earned in developing countries in SEA is difficult because they are cost-conscious and when translated into AUD, it is largely negligible, which is why you do not see big numbers in their revenue updates. In fact, in their annual report ended 30 June, they reported a trade revenue of just $654k and their share based payment expenses even exceeded that at $697k (this is where company insiders make their money!).
