pretty accurate assessment of things. does not make mention of the success of other mining outfits like teal. First Quantum, Metorex. All of these guys were like tiger once and all have had been 20+ baggers.

No mention made of take over potential - Katanga mining recently has fought off hostile bid, BHP now drilling in the area trying to stake a claim, Rio also poking around looking for a project. At least one other canadian project house looking for something. The area is hot.

The other thing not mentioned are the other large projects about to fire up. Again Katanga, Nikanor head the list, then there is the monster that Freeport will become. All this adds momentum and generally lowers area risk.

Not mentioned that Tiger sits on a railway line. A big plus.

finally the risk violence is accurately represented. Local flare ups do occure - but as the economy starts to fire the spending will filter down. The NW of DRC however is still a rather dangerous place. Gun battle with Ugandan troops last week on lake george over oil fields. Holders of Moto and Banroc should risk adjust. Also in the general NW outbreak of Marburg in Uganda.

    Tiger will reward the brave.
