What u are saying is correct,how ever firstly to point i was making in regards to Angola wanting to attract new investments from over seas then they need to change current %ownership companies have other wise there goal will not be achieved.Now this would have to affect new companies arriving once new laws are in place differently to ones all ready doing bussiness in Angola such as lucapa,in my view a great outcome would be to get higher ownership and loosing our tax credits we are owed from all our exploration costs from lulo concession,whether this is possability or not no one can say,but i do believe the ownership % we have is a worry to many.Best wishes.
