You can't be serious half blaming this on non holders. I've been bearish since 30 cents. Now almost half that. The real issues are there for all to see. They are still generating negative cashflow while trying to pay off debt. Now there is a very big chance the share price will have to go lower to make room for many more shares as part of refinancing deal. They say first in best dressed not always the case in the stock market.
the cost of staff at their operations seems very high imo.
