you only have to read estseon's post to see what's going on here .I've had conversations with people who have been vehement that this stock is wildly overvalued at every level over 25c but of course none of them have any real idea of the value currently being unlocked .The 300mill loan facility is the missing piece .I'm not saying they wont go down at times ,maybe soon ,but you couldn't prize mine from me with a machete
