Look, he is not providing lot of updates since joined as he might have got company which was previously run on fantasy land with so many big picture possibilities by marketing man... IMO.... I wouldn't vote him out yet, as he need time to re-set everything in right direction but at the same token he could have announced this trial through company portal.
I do agree that any cape raise in future will significantly dilute share value if price keep going down like what we have seen over last six month.
HD approval is the key where company will get price rise and we can see CR around that time if there wasn't any steady sell in EU established by then but important milestone is when they are able to sell devices in EU and America in excess of 30 - 50 per quarter.. until then high risk investment.. IMO.
