So this is where I see the future for OSL sales over the next year or two.

They won;t have reimbursement settled with governments for some time, but in the meantime hospitals and clinicians will apply for, and likely get, research funds to conduct studies of Oncosil in pancreatic ca. Oncosil will sell treatments into those studies. This will be the way doctors and patients will access the treatment, and the way Oncosil will obtain sales. This can occur even where there is no approvals, like Australia. I am very confident that Australia will purchase and use reasonable numbers of treatments, but all in the context of research studies and trials. Same in Europe and same in USA (especially once HDE for cholangio is granted). This is what the Oncosil medical and sales team are doing.

The outcomes of these small investigator-led trials will be published, adding to the evidence and more clinician awareness, curiosity and acceptance.

The pivotal studies for full registration and reimbursement will happen eventually.

So that post essentially says that 20 treatments have been funded. I expect more studies and more sales to occur.
