He wasn't the only one awarding himself all of those shares and option because, IMHO someone which received a hell of a lot of them too, is still there.

And don't forget what T4P was saying and promoting at the time, about those shares and options too.

IMO the RC should do some good investigations about what's happening with some of these companies and their BOD's not just on the Banks.
