ddzx is slagging off the ridiculous thread title of "$1.46 per share"

as for the fundamentals of the stock, ddzx is posting the facts

currently, the deposit is uneconomic, with the operating costs basically equalling the potential revenue

zinc closed at $0.83/lb last night

the operating costs for IBG are $0.82/lb

the lead credits are very small, with lead making up around 10% of the deposit

in short, this stock is not worth $1.46/EV

at current zinc & lead price, excluding interest costs, I get the NPV of the zinc project to be negative $203M

IBG have a relatively low grade deposit

imo, zinc needs to be $1.05/lb for this to be worth developing, giving it around a 6 year payback & NPV of $72M

the very fact that the feasibility study was done on $1.31/lb zinc should make on wary

sure, its cheap. but, atm, I doubt anyone is keen to develop it or take it over
