Forgot to mention, DFS pre NFC/Arccon back in 2010 was estimated slightl above $500 mil to build a mine. Nyrstar, Glencore & L1 friends knew that & were ready for it. It just that with NFC/Arccon DFS was reduced to slightly under $500 mil for made in China construction. Not a big deal of a saving....
