Good find - AJQ valued at 1/10th the EV of its closest peer...and the research note was concentrating on how undervalued that closest peer is...
A 22 bagger from here would put it at the average valuation of industry peers.
I guess the low valuation is fair enough; its not like these guys have:
-piles of cash ($60million)
-extremely experienced management (founders of Arrow which was an early CSG adopter and bought out by Shell and Petro China)
-huge tenement prospectivity (33 million acres with multiple non-fracced gas shows)
-or any real results so far to measure against (3.33mmcfpd unfracced into a zone which AJQ has 500 square kilometres of)?
right?
The fact its trading at 1/2 of the IPO price (oversubscribed at 50c) after the results its achieved in just a few months is pretty phenomenal
