The final design of the ID.4 was leaked. This is supposed to be the second mass market EV model by VW besides the ID.3 and it will be sold in the US unlike the ID.3. I think it will be out in 2021.
"Volkswagen has a lot riding on the ID.4. It will be the first of the company’s new EVs to be sold in the United States. We expect an EPA rating of between 250 and 300 miles for the upper trim version. Scott Keogh, CEO of VW of America, in late 2019 said that the ID.4 will sell in the low- to mid-$30,000 range after a $7,500 federal tax credit."
