I would be much more concerned if the Carbonate to Hydroxide refinery was located in China competing for the attention of Japanese offtakers.
ToyotaTsusho has a global leader in purification technologies - Veolia - doing the build. They have a good handle on the feed coming from Argentina.
I think most investors understand some patience will be required.
