China, Saudi ARAMCO, Russian Oil, Iranian Oil, all of Detroit's ICE vehicle makers, TOYOTA who is on the public record as stating that the EV industry will 'bankrupt, Japan Inc.'
So all up, just the, ..usual bunch, of 'suspects'.....!

Well, maybe, that's being a little ..generous, with my assumptions..!
Perhaps, this will teach the Yanks, ..another little something, about them offshoring all of their 'critical' industries to the cheapest, and furthermost flung, and least reliable, of vendors..??
