Update on Skoda Enyaq iV. Apparently only 1,100 units have been produced so far. Targeted production rate "was set for 250-350 Enyaq iV per day. Assuming 5-days a week, it's about 5,000-7,000 a month and 60,000-84,000 a year."

I think VW group EV sales in 2021 are the biggest unknown among all OEMs. Target of all electric sales is 6 - 8 % of total production or roughly 785,000 units as implied by the bar chart.

    Available models in 2021 are
    - VW: e-up!, e-Golf, ID.3, ID.4 (X, Crozz, GTX), ID.5, ID.6 (X), E-Tharu
    - Audi E-tron (S, Sportback), (RS) E-tron GT, Q4 E-tron (Sportback), possibly eQ2 (mentioned by "Autobild")
    - Skoda Enyaq iV (RS iV)
    - Cupra el-Born
    - Porsche Taycan (Cross Tourismo)

I think the ID.4 will become the best selling VW group electric model in 2021 because it is available in the US, Europe and China and the Chinese versions are aggressively priced (starting at 30,900 USD). I think PHEVs will get a big boost in Europe (58 % market share among EVs) in Europe. PHEVs need to have more range in order to get incentives in Germany, making them more attractive. In France the vehicles emiting the most CO2 get a big malus, so that almost all of them are sold as PHEVs now (Porsche 88% PHEV). January was a slow month for VW in terms of worldwide EV sales in 2021 but I expect that to significantly pick up with the market entry of the ID.4 in China by the end of March.
