Sorry if this has been shared previously, but I have a few questions on the lithium hydroxide plant in Nahara Japan. It looks to open in the 2nd half of 2022. It appears delays are attributed to COVID. I know these plants take some time to build and fine tune, but they broke ground in 2019. It seems like a long time to complete. Were there other delays outside of COVID?
