Regarding the EV Dodge RAM and similar LWB full-size pickups, EVs are usually simple to package (keep the weight down low, keep your drivetrain down low, and put whatever takes your fancy on top!) and I can see that we are probably going to segue back to the old days of "coachbuilders" from early last century.
Automotive "manufacturers" are eventually only going to be minor tweaking of driving platforms, in terms of suspension, brakes, and steering.
The BIG issue with the LWB pickup genre is the rusting and fracturing of the chassis, and the things can (and do!) break in half because of the stresses of the wheelbase length.
Unless a LWB platform can be specifically designed with the batteries being a structural component of the chassis, the extra weight "down there" is only going to exacerbate his issue.
Of course, the batteries cannot be structural.
There are going to be some interesting design challenges for this type of EV to succeed.
