The single phase charger cost me about $1000 through the Zappi website. It needs its own circuit, so the install consists of the box on an external wall, an added fuse in the fuse box and an electrical cable in between.
I roughed it in (mounted box and pulled the cable) and a sparky supplied the fuse and made the connections which took a couple of hours and a $200 bill. He had no done one before and had no trouble. No special knowledge or tools where required to get it going.
