Interesting commentary from Trading Economics website:
"Lithium carbonate prices rose past CNY 190,000 per tonne, rebounding for the first time since plunging to the 19-month low of CNY 165,500 on April 24th as renewed optimism over long-term demand momentarily outweighed the pressure from ample supply in the near term. Government incentives to switch to EVs lead analysts to forecast that lithium demand by 2040 will be 16 times higher than present-day levels."
