Today VW group announced 159 billion Euro in investments, including 89 billion Euro for electrification and software
new announcements in regards to models:
- ID.3 production in Wolfsburg (in 2023 with parts from Zwickau main ID.3 plant) in 2024 to ensure sufficient capacity utilization and achieving additonal market volumes
- ID. California campervan based on ID. Buzz in the second half of the decade
- electric SUV for Pamplona, Spain, this could be the Atlas sized ID.8 model, which Diess already leaked in an earlier speech that he uploaded to linkedin
- 2 PPE platform based Porsche models, first one is the previously confirmed 2023 electric Macan, I was told that the other model is indeed an electric Cayenne, which is expected in 2025 or a bit later

- VW "compact e-vehicles" refers to the ID. 2 and ID. 1 in 2025 as well as sister models from Cupra and Skoda
- Audi Q8 e-tron in Brussels in 2026
- Audi Artemis project (electric A8) end of 2024 or 2025
- Audi "model family E6 successor" most likely refers to the Audi A6 e-tron in 2023
- Bentley model refers to the electric D-segment SUV as part of the Artemis project expected in 2025
