Problem is if the government says that they have to support it and so far EV support from this government is limited. We have an election soon so now is our best chance of playing catch up with the rest of the developed world but I won't hold my breath. IMO EV adoption in Australia will be driven by consumers not the government. Luckily many advanced countries and manufacturers are proceeding with the EV revolution at a rapid pace so Australia can ride the coat tails and not be left too far behind.
